Tracey Meise, RN, CDN
Director of Clinical Operations
Tracey, a Harford county native, has over 26 years nursing experience with a focus on serving the senior population.
Throughout her career, she has held various roles as a Registered nurse in homecare, long term care, assisted living, public health, home health, and hospice. She has been both a clinical nurse providing direct care to clients in the home as well as serving as a nurse in executive leadership roles.
In addition to her Nursing degree, she achieved her secondary Degree in Professional Studies in Aging Services and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Tracey has also taught Certified Nursing Assistants as a clinical instructor and holds a certification as a Delegating Nurse in Maryland.
As Director of Clinical Operations at MB Home Care, Tracey helps define the clinical policies and procedures, provides supervision and oversight for MB’s nursing team, and supports the caregivers who care for MB clients and their families.
Tracey has the special ability to listen and provide open, caring communication with clients and their families. She is committed to promoting and advocating for clients to remain at home and to maximize client safety while ensuring as much independence as possible.
Tracey and her husband have two beautiful daughters, a cat named Addie, and a very spoiled dog named Chloe. She enjoys spending time at the beach, kayaking and hiking.
