MB has been taking care of my mom for about a year and a half. I can’t say enough about the team. The love, compassion and understanding they provide my mom is amazing.  My mom’s memory is fading but she is always happy to see her caretaker and specifically, Kathy.  On the days she is with my mom, I get a cheerful call from her at 9:57. MB was there for us when we didn’t really know what else to do. We were newbies to the home healthcare scene, and they never tired of our questions They spent time with my mom as she transitioned back to being home after a lengthy rehab stay, and treated her like family. MB is very flexible and willing to work with you to figure out just what you need, and every person we worked with from their team was a gem. Knowing we had people helping mom who truly cared about her meant the world. They went out of their way to accommodate  us. I have worked for so many agencies over the past 18 years and hands down MB has been the top tier agency of choice for me! Administration plays a very attentive, personal and vital role in both the care for their clients as well as for the employees  I just think it’s a great place to work! We worked with MB HomeCare when my father went into hospice care.  We wanted him to come home in his last days and we needed help during the times that hospice wasn't with him.  MB provided us support with very little notice (1 day).  The aids were very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.  Management was also very good to work with.
