Emma Lapp
Managing Director
Emma graduated from Roanoke College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. After several years in Virginia law enforcement, she wanted to be closer to her family and moved back to the Harford County area where she grew up. When Emma’s grandmother began to struggle with dementia, Emma found herself caring for a loved one who needed a lot of extra support to remain safely at home. This experience led her to a career in home care. Emma’s understanding of what it’s like not only to work for MB but also to have been an MB client gives her an extra layer of insight into what it means to feel like you have the best care possible for your loved one.
Emma enjoys going on adventures with her two daughters, coaching lacrosse, and restoring her historic log cabin home.
