Recruiting Manager

Janet joined MB HomeCare in 2011 after a successful career in pharmaceutical sales. She grew up in Towson. Janet was drawn to home care because both of her parents had Alzheimer’s and passed away from the disease. Being the only daughter in town to help with their care was exhausting and she learned how imperative support can be. After her parents passed, Janet decided she wanted to use her knowledge to help support others who were caring for ailing parents, so she joined Barb at MB HomeCare.

Janet spent over ten years as MB HomeCare’s Operations Director and is now enjoying her role as the Recruiting manager. She uses her experience to hire MB caregivers, ensuring they are a great fit for MB clients. Although recruiting keeps her busy, it does give her more time to enjoy the things she loves to do outdoors. Her favorites are to hike, bike, swim, boat, read, and spend time with her furry friends.
