Compliance Manager

Vicky is an expert in all things compliance. She brings a wealth of knowledge and organization to the MB office. Vicky has worked in office management for years, all while homeschooling her four beautiful children. She now manages all credentialing and certification compliance to ensure all MB caregivers are current with the latest licenses and requirements to perform their work in Maryland. 

When Vicky is not working, you can find her enjoying her role as Grandma, playing cards, hosting a meal, or enjoying a puzzle. Home is her favorite place the be surrounded by the conversation and laughter of friends and family.
